赵志强 副教授

赵志强,男,汉族,中共党员,山东省滨州市人,中国矿业大学(北京)js6668金沙登录入口副教授、博士生导师,越崎青年学者,现任煤炭行业巷道支护与灾害防治工程研究中心总工程师、先进采矿研究院副院长。2014年硕博连读毕业于中国矿业大学(北京)采矿工程专业,获得工学博士学位,并留校任教。

主要从事巷道矿压理论与灾害防治、巷道快速与智能掘进、地下工程施工与病害治理等方面的教学和研究工作。主要研究工作:(1)创立了孔洞岩体蝶形破坏理论,开拓了孔洞岩体蝶形破坏特性研究的全新领域,并将蝶形破坏研究成果引入解决工程问题,分别提出了大变形巷道蝶型冒顶机理、蝶型冲击地压机理、蝶型煤与瓦斯突出机理等新认识;(2)研发了煤层巷道冒顶隐患分级方法和系统,实现了煤层巷道差异化支护设计和冒顶隐患可视化智能分析,开发了柔性锚杆、弹簧锚索等大变形巷道支护材料。向一线生产单位开展“交钥匙”一站式服务,制定了20余项以煤层为单位的《巷道锚杆(索)支护技术规范与标准》;(3)研制了与悬臂式掘进机协同作业的钻锚护一体化装备,掘进液压掩护支架完全杜绝掘进工作面空顶作业,保障作业人员绝对安全;架载钻孔系统可以实现8-10台钻机同时作业,大幅度提高支护效率。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题2项、国家自然科学基金青年基金1项及多项横向课题,参与国家重点研发计划项目课题1项、国家973计划项目课题1项、国家自然科学基金重点项目2项。获得国家科技进步二等奖1项、省部级一等奖2项、二等奖4项,发表论文30余篇、授权专利10余项。主讲“地下工程”、“采矿概论”本科生课程,“采准巷道矿压理论及应用”、“地下工程结构与稳定”研究生课程、“地下建设工程”博士生课程。

研究生培养方向:(1)孔洞岩体蝶形破坏理论及其在冒顶、动力灾害、瓦斯抽采中的应用;(2)巷道快速智能掘进技术与装备;(3)隧道及地下工程安全施工与病害治理(与中国铁道科学研究院联合培养)。

Zhiqiang Zhao, born in Binzhou City, Shandong Province in June 1986, is a lecturer and master supervisor at the School of Energy and Mining, China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing). He is currently the chief engineer of the Coal Mine Roadway Support and Disaster Prevention Engineering Research Center. In 2014, he graduated from a MD-PhD program of China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), specializing in mining engineering, obtained a doctorate in engineering, and stayed on as a teacher. He is mainly engaged in the teaching and research of roadway mine pressure theory and disaster prevention, rapid and intelligent roadway tunneling, underground engineering defect management. He has led 2 sub-projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 project of the Youth Branch of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and participated in 1 National Key R&D Project, 1 project of National Program 973, 1 key project and many joint projects of National Natural Science Foundation. He has received 2 second National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology (ranking 6th), 2 first prizes of provincial and ministerial level (ranking 2nd & 4th), 3 second prizes (1st, 1st and 2nd). He has published 11 SCI and EI papers as first author or corresponding author, and was granted 3 invention patents, 4 utility model patents, and 5 software copyrights. He offers undergraduate courses titled "Underground Engineering" and "Introduction to Mining", graduate courses titled "Pressure Theory and Application in Preparatory Workings " and "Underground Engineering Structure and Stability" and doctoral course titled "Underground Construction Engineering" .

He supervises postgraduates in the following specialties: (1)butterfly failure theory and its application in roof fall, dynamic disaster, gas drainage; (2) rapid intelligent tunneling technology and equipment; (3) subway tunnel safety construction and defect management (a joint program with China Railway Science Research Institute).
